Cahava Springs a 230 home lifestyle community
designed with nature and your life in mind.

“Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature, it will never fail you.”

– Frank Lloyd Wright

Cahava Springs is a 230 home preserve community where nature is the amenity. The smallest lots are 1.5 acres, and they average 2.2 acres. When complete 80 percent of Cahava Springs is preserved through conservation easements, development guidelines and gifts of open space to the Town of Cave Creek – both preserving and protecting natural and critical habitats, as well as prehistoric and historic artifacts. In addition, there are more than 4.7 miles of trails that link homes in the community to each other. The Community Center is a gathering place for residents and the connection to two major conservation areas, Spur Cross Ranch and Cave Creek Recreation area. Hike down the street to visit neighbors or take a day hike through the Sonoran Desert – all trails lead to the Community Center.

Phase 1 of Cahava Springs consists of 44 homes that will be available Spring 2018.
